Really like the steady energy I got from these without a crash. Another reason I wanted these was to avoid having to drink lots of liquids from a typical pre workout before intense workouts. These are the solution for getting a good energy boost without a gut full of liquid. The taste of strawberry creamsicle tastes like a piece of bitter plastic. Nail the flavor and these are gold.

They taste terrible. Supper bitter, but...they do work. The serving size is 2, but everyone i have had teh them say one is plenty. Gives steady energy for hours without jitters or crash. I gave 4 stars due to taste.
