I have been taking Tasty Gains Creatine Gummies for 3 months now. I have noticed a improvement with my focus as well as physically. The women's dim gummies are delicious and I have recommended them to multiple friends & family. One thing I will say is I wish there were a couple more flavors to choose from but besides that they are a 10/10 from me!
