I have been a power lifter for the past 40 years, but that is not the only reason I started taking the gummies. Mind clarity and brain fog is another reason, this product seems to help with all things as advertised. Since my first order I have ordered again so I can share it with my lifting partner who is a USPA world champion. Creatine should be supplemented everyday and putting it in a gummy that tastes amazing is such a good delivery system. Now my problem is not forgetting to get enough creatine but the problem is putting the bag down haha sour watermelon is amazing! And made in the U.S.A! Worth every penny.
