Affiliate Email & SMS Marketing Consent

By enrolling in the Tasty Gains Affiliate Program through Social Snowball, you (“Affiliate”) expressly consent to receive communications from Tasty Gains LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Company,” “Tasty Gains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as described below.

 

 

1. Consent to Receive Communications

You authorize Tasty Gains LLC to send you affiliate-related communications, including but not limited to:

  • Program updates

  • Commission and payout notifications

  • Campaign opportunities

  • Product launches

  • Policy changes

  • Operational or account-related messages

  • Promotional or marketing announcements

Messages may be delivered via:

  • Email

  • SMS / MMS text messages

  • Automated messaging systems

 

 

2. Automated Messaging Disclosure

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Tasty Gains LLC.

Consent is not a condition of earning commissions.

Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply.

 

 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time:

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages.

Email:
Click the unsubscribe link in any email.

Opting out of one communication channel does not automatically opt you out of the other.
