Taste is good. Quality is too. However I would try the preworkout before you buy. It’s kinda rough but gets the job done and makes you drink a lot of water.

Started taking these a couple of months ago. Didn't really notice much until I started my second bag. Now there is no going back.

I have been a power lifter for the past 40 years, but that is not the only reason I started taking the gummies.
